It's baaaack!  The First Wind Cycling & Fitness New Year Weight Loss Challenge.  6 weeks of fitness classes for our biggest and best prize of the year!  Do you have what it takes to be crowned the 2017 Champion?  There's only one way to find out!

Cost:$240 for non-members (includes unlimited classes for 6 weeks and entry into the Challenge)   SIGN UP!

Program Details and Prizes

• Challengers must attend a minimum of 4 classes per week for 5 out of the 6 weeks. You are given one week where you may miss class, but class or classes MUST be made up during another week of the Challenge period.  You must finish with a total of 24 classes with at least 4 per week for 5 out of 6 weeks.
• Challengers must sign an agreement for the challenge agreeing to not make any unhealthy choices in order to lose weight
•Challengers must attend each weigh-in

Challenger with the highest weight loss percentage at the end of 6 weeks will receive $250 or $300 First Wind Credit and a First Wind shirt.  In the case of a tie, the participant who has attended more classes during this 6 week period will be declared the winner.  
Second Place Challenger will receive a free 30 minute massage at Massage Works of Charlotte, a $25 gift certificate to Fit You Meals, and a Puppy shirt!
Challenger with the most classes will receive a 2 FREE 30 minute personal training sessions with the trainer of their choice and a First Wind shirt
