POLICIES AND FAQ
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR CLASS?
We ask that you arrive to class 5-10 minutes before your class time. This gives our staff enough time to help you get everything you need (shoes, water, towel, proper bike set-up, smiles, and praise for being awesome and coming to class). If you are new, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your class time so we can explain our amazing bikes and how you won't fall off.
WHAT IS YOUR CLASS CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY?
Please be aware have a 4 hour cancellation/no show policy so that we can make sure our classes are enjoyed by as many people as possible. If you do not attend a class you are signed up for or cancel within 4 hours of your scheduled class time, you will forfeit the cost of the class or if you have an unlimited package (this includes New Client and Unlimited Memberships), you will be charged a fee of $5. Keep in mind that if you are more than 5 minutes late to class, your seat may be given to someone on a wait list. Thank you for understanding.
WHAT IS YOUR WAITLIST POLICY?
By signing up for the waitlist, you are signing up for the class. You may get added to the class off of the waitlist up to 90 minutes before class (you will receive an email and/or text based on your selected preferences). If you are moved into class and you are not present for class, this will be treated as a no-show and the no-show policy will apply. By removing yourself from the waitlist prior to class time if you have not been moved into class, you will not be penalized as a late cancel or no-show. You can do this online or by emailing the studio at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you choose to email, email notification must be received prior to you being movd into class from the waitlist.

We are on the backside of the building of where Pike's is located.
**DUE TO CONSTRUCTION, you can only access the studio via Hawkins Street. We are located in the alleyway that runs between the brick Design Center buildings directly across from the parking deck on Hawkins. Call us if you are lost! **
WHERE DO I PARK?
There are a few parking options! You can park most anywhere around the Design Center, but DUE TO CONSTRUCTION, you can only access the studio via Hawkins St.
*We validate for 2 hours for the parking deck at the intersection of Doggett and Hawkins.
*You can park on the street on Tremont, W Worthington, Doggett, or Hawkins. Please follow the rules on all posted signs!
DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE EVENTS/DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL GROUP RATES?
We do! We love groups! Shoot us an email and tell us a little bit about your group at email@example.com and we'll work with you to get you set up.
WHAT IS YOUR MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY?
Our auto-draft membership contract auto-renews and your account will be auto-drafted every month after purchase date. There is a minimum term of 3 months. To receive this rate, you are committing to recurring monthly fee of $145 for a minimum of 3 months. After the initial 3 month period, the contract will continue to renew each month until it is canceled. You may cancel after the initial 3 month term at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org; however, no refunds will be given after auto-draft payments have occurred. Users must cancel at least 10 calendar days prior to their next payment when they wish to end their contract. There is no cancellation of this contract within the initial 3 month period. You will be able to attend unlimited classes during the entire term of this contract based on availability. There are no refunds or partial refunds on single classes, 5 class passes, 10 class passes, One Month Unlimited passes, or New Client Specials. These packages are valid for one client only and cannot be split between multiple clients.
