Who She Is: Cycle and Strength Instructor
 

What She’s All About: Jae is a Charlotte native! She has always found herself driven to learn new ways to live a more active lifestyle and more importantly, help guide others to on their personal journey to finding balance and the best version of themselves. As a recent college grad, Jae is pursuing her many passions which include fitness, marketing and makeup!


What She Loves Outside of the Studio: Hanging out with family and friends

What She’s All About: Liz came to Charlotte from Buffalo in 2016. She’s been an athlete most of her life and was a competitive springboard diver in high school and college. Liz loves motivating people to reach their full, unbridled potential. She found First Wind when she moved here, became a member, and our culture inspired her to pursue her dream of becoming a fitness instructor.

What She’s All About: Sarah is a nursing administrator by day and fitness instructor by night!  As a health professional and someone who has always made wellness a part of her lifestyle, she is passionate about her own health and fitness and yours.  Sarah loves the mental and physical benefits that moving and staying active provide and she loves sharing that feeling with you in the studio!

What She’s All About: Originally from Vermont, Bethany’s been calling Charlotte home for the last 13 years. She’s Charlotte famous as DJ Little Betty and has a special love for people that is evident in everything she does. She takes special consideration in crafting her playlists to motivate and energize her classes. This lady loves working with clients to improve lives physically, mentally, and emotionally through impactful workouts and positive vibes.

 

What She Loves Outside of the Studio: Music, Travel, Mountain Biking, Friends, and Tacos

What She’s All About: Lyn has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She’s been a competitive martial artist, a dancer, and a coach. She believes the keys to success in making health and fitness a permanent part of your lifestyle are a positive mindset, the right kind of self-talk, and creating habits that stick. Lyn brings fun into her classes and training sessions and is particularly passionate about working with people who have lofty goals.

Who He Is: Strength Instructor and Personal Trainer
 

What He’s All About: Josh is a lifelong athlete who started wrestling at the age of five and has practiced and played football, soccer, kickball, hockey, and martial arts over the years. He loves working with people who are just starting out in making fitness a part of their life. Josh motivates his clients with a positive attitude and a little push!

What She’s All About: Karen has a passion for fitness and cycling that runs deep. As a Heart Patient, she struggled with fitness as a part of her life prior to a medical procedure to fix an abnormality in her heart in 2008. Since then, she’s been able to do more than she ever could growing up and wants to share her love for moving and staying healthy with everyone at First Wind.
