Fresh Start Transformation Program

WHAT THIS PROGRAM IS:
It's time to prioritize yourself and your fitness and nutrition goals for 2019 and sometimes, large group classes alone don't give the opportunity for as much personalized attention as you may need to really reach the goals you've set.  That's why we've put together our 12 week 2019 Fresh Start Program offering a small group of 8 women a complete fitness and nutrition program that includes everything you need to make 2019 matter. 

 

First Wind personal trainers Lyn Addy and Bethany McDonald are focusing on you from February to May helping you make sustainable changes that support a healthy lifestyle.  It's time to achieve your goals and feel good.  Join us for a fresh start this year!

 
 
WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Before and After InBody Analysis

The InBody body composition analyzer measures your body and provides a detailed analysis that includes measurements like total skeletal muscle mass, total body fat percentage, basal metabolic rate, and more.  Learn more HERE.  This tool provides a report from each use that allows us to accurately measure your progress through the program and provide meaningful feedback around how you have progressed and can continue to progress after the program concludes. 

 

2 Small Group Personal Training Sessions Per Week 
First Wind Cycling & Fitness Personal Trainers Lyn Addy and Bethany McDonald will lead you through fun and challenging workouts twice per week with a small group of 8 women who will be there to encourage, support, and hold each other accountable.  Workouts will be structured so that everyone is challenged at their own fitness level.  You will get strength, cardio, and flexibility training in every session.  Each session crafted to help your group meet their individual fitness goals.

 

Unlimited Regularly Scheduled First Wind Classes
You will have unlimited access to all regularly scheduled First Wind larger group classes during this program.  

    
Nutrition Guidance  
We will be providing nutrition guidelines for you for the course of the program that include recipes, nutrition information, and more.
