FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR CLASS?
We ask that you arrive to class 5-10 minutes before your class time. This gives our staff enough time to help you get everything you need (shoes, water, towel, proper bike set-up, smiles, and praise for being awesome and coming to class). If you are new, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your class time so we can explain our amazing bikes and how you won't fall off.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We have a 12 hour cancellation/no show policy so that we can make sure our classes are enjoyed by as many people as possible. If you do not show up for class or cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled class time, you will forfeit the cost of the class or if you have an unlimited package (this includes New Client and Unlimited Memberships), you will be charged a fee of $5. Keep in mind that if you are more than 5 minutes late to class, your seat may be given to someone on a wait list. Thank you for understanding.
UMM.. MY PIN DROPPED IN FRONT OF PIKE'S.. WHERE THE HECK ARE YOU?
We are on the backside of the building of where Pike's is located. If you're on foot, come on down the alleyway (outside) between Balfour Beatty and Byron's. We're on the sidewalk down there. If you're still in the car, park in the Design Center parking lot at Hawkins and Doggett St and walk across the street to us. There are small directional yard signs on Camden and on Hawkins to help you out. Call us if you are lost and convinced the entrance must be akin to the entrance to Narnia.
WHERE DO I PARK?
There are a few parking options! You can park most anywhere around the Design Center. Here are some options: Design Center parking lots on W Worthington, the street on Tremont, W Worthington, Doggett, or Hawkins. Please follow the rules on all posted signs! You can park on Camden, but those spots have meters from 9AM-5PM Monday through Friday.
IS PERSONAL/SMALL GROUP TRAINING INCLUDED WITH MEMBERSHIP COSTS?
The cost of Personal Training is not included in the class membership costs. It is separate, BUT everyone's first 30 minute personal training session is FREE! Please contact us for details if you are interested in Personal Training.
