Ride to the Circuit is a challenging, stimulating fusion class where half of your time is spent in The Ride and half of your time is spent circuit training: building strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and more.  Bring your tennis shoes! 

RIDE TO THE BARRE

Ride to the Barre is an invigorating fusion class where half of your time is spent in The Ride and half your time is spent at the barre lengthening, strengthening, and pulsing.  Sweat, tone, sculpt.

THE RIDE

The Ride is an interactive metrics-based cycling class moving and weaving you through exciting virtual worlds, pushing you to be better than you were yesterday.  You’ll be driven by music, you’ll be driven by speed, you’ll be driven by heart rate, and you’ll be driven by the desire to set your own record each and every ride.  Each class closes with an upper body band workout hitting your core and arms before we send you on your way.

The Circuit is a fast-paced, compressed, high energy class delivering an effective strength and cardio circuit workout in less time to get you in, sweaty, out, and on your way.  All we need is 30 minutes.


BEAT YOGA

Beat Yoga is beat-based yoga class that combines all of the awesome benefits of yoga with the high energy of a dance class.  In this class, you're going to be moving, lengthening, and shaking your tush.  Come dance and stretch with us and we promise you'll be hooked after your first class.  BRING A MAT!
