THE RIDE

The Ride is an interactive metrics-based cycling class moving and weaving you through exciting virtual worlds, pushing you to be better than you were yesterday.  You’ll be driven by music, you’ll be driven by speed, you’ll be driven by heart rate, and you’ll be driven by the desire to set your own record each and every ride.  Each class closes with an upper body band workout hitting your core and arms before we send you on your way.

RIDE THE CIRCUIT

Ride the Circuit is a challenging, stimulating combination class where half of your time is spent in The Ride and half of your time is spent circuit training: building strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and more.  Bring your tennis shoes! 

RIDE TO THE BARRE

Ride to the Barre is an invigorating combination class where half of your time is spent in The Ride and half your time is spent in our signature Barre Build class.  Sweat, tone, sculpt. 

 

BARRE AND STRENGTH

BARRE BUILD

Barre Build flips the script on your average barre class. We take your traditional barre workout and kick it up a notch.  Be prepared to pick up some heavier weights, push a little bit harder, go a little bit deeper, and use a lot more muscle.  Think strength training and barre combined…  

THE CIRCUIT

The Circuit is a fast-paced, compressed, high energy class delivering an effective strength and cardio circuit workout in less time to get you in, sweaty, out, and on your way.  All we need is 30 minutes.
