♦ Private Nutrition Phone Consultation with Samantha ♦

♦ 1 or 2 Small Group Training Sessions per week (depending on the package you select) ♦

♦ Passes to sign up for 2 First Wind classes per week (your pick!) ♦

♦ Private Facebook group run by Samantha to motivate and keep you engaged with nutrition tips, recipes, shopping lists, and more! ♦
