What She’s All About: Lyn has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She’s been a competitive martial artist, a dancer, and a coach. She believes the keys to success in making health and fitness a permanent part of your lifestyle are a positive mindset, the right kind of self-talk, and creating habits that stick. Lyn brings fun into her classes and training sessions and is particularly passionate about working with people who have lofty goals.

Lyn Addy instructs the following:
  • Feel the Ride... 30 Min Express!
  • 30 Minute Class!  This class is shortened to get you back to your day job, so we're going to make you work that booty a little harder while you're here!
     
    Spend your time pedaling, turning, and leaning your way through a course laid out by our instructors all while listening to some sweet tunes.

  • Small Group Training

  • Strength and Core... 30 Min Express!
  • Use body weight training, resistance training, and more to strengthen and tone.

  • Ride to the Barre
  • Mix it up with our signature cycle and barre class. You'll spend half your time on the bike and half your time at the barre. This class redefines your Full Body Workout!

  • See the Ride... 30 Min Express!
  • 30 Minute Class!  This class is shortened to get you back to your day job, so we're going to make you work that booty a little harder while you're here!
     
    Need a stronger grasp of reality? Pedal, lean, and turn with our instructors through a virtual course on the front screen. You’ll be following an actual outdoor ride to some choice music right in the studio.  

  • VIP Transformation Program

  • More Than the Ride
  • Spend some time on the bike and some time off the bike. Half of this class will be on the bikes and the other half will be strength training off the bike! Our instructors break out resistance bands, weights, mats, and much more to give you a top to bottom workout with everything you need! Bring your tennis shoes!

  • Feel the Ride
  • Pedal, turn, and lean with your instructor to the beat of the music.
