What She’s All About: Lyn has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She’s been a competitive martial artist, a dancer, and a coach. She believes the keys to success in making health and fitness a permanent part of your lifestyle are a positive mindset, the right kind of self-talk, and creating habits that stick. Lyn brings fun into her classes and training sessions and is particularly passionate about working with people who have lofty goals.

  • Ride to the Barre
  • Ride to the Barre is an invigorating mash-up class where half of your time is spent in The Ride and half your time is spent at the barre lengthening, strengthening, and pulsing. Sweat, tone, sculpt.

  • Circuit
  • The Circuit is a fast-paced, compressed, high energy class delivering an effective strength and cardio circuit workout in less time to get you in, sweaty, out, and on your way. All we need is 30 minutes.

  • Ride to the Fight
  • Ride to the Fight is a cardio-filled high energy mash-up class where half of your time is spent in The Ride and half of your time is spent kickboxing. Build muscle, burn calories, punch things, and get your mind right. Bring your tennis shoes!

  • The Ride... 30 Minute Express
  • An express version of The Ride!
    The Ride is an interactive metrics-based cycling class moving and weaving you through exciting virtual worlds, pushing you to be better than you were yesterday. You’ll be driven by music, you’ll be driven by speed, you’ll be driven by heart rate, and you’ll be driven by the desire to set your own record each and every ride. 

  • Ride to the Circuit
  • Ride to the Circuit is a challenging, stimulating mash-up class where half of your time is spent in The Ride and half of your time is spent circuit training: building strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and more. Bring your tennis shoes!

  • The Ride
  • The Ride is an interactive metrics-based cycling class moving and weaving you through exciting virtual worlds, pushing you to be better than you were yesterday. You’ll be driven by music, you’ll be driven by speed, you’ll be driven by heart rate, and you’ll be driven by the desire to set your own record each and every ride. Each class closes with an upper body band workout hitting your core and arms before we send you on your way.

  • Barre
  • Barre is a fun, challenging ballet-inspired full body workout that lengthens, stretches, and strengthens.  Combining elements of Pilates, dance, and yoga, this class will help you increase flexibility and build lean muscle.  Modifications are given making this class great for all fitness levels.  Embrace the shake!
